Dear Daphne,

With reference to your previous submission on the door. I have checked them and the following are my comments:

1. Calculation error. Number of doors are so different [I have reminded you many times to double and triple check your workings] Please see tab colour in red.
2. Basic principal which I have explain to you which one is to be an omission (Contract) and which is the addition (Variation)

Please do always check your work and do not expect your senior/director to kept on checking your calculation which I think in this case is only calculating in NUMBER which I think is not so complicated. Don't just only submit and forget about it. Please do bear in mind DOUBLE AND TRIPLE CHECK.

Please always remember, check OK. Keep up the good work, and if you don't know please ask.

Dear Daphne,

Refer to your submission for the ceiling foyer. I have ask you to measure the area. But the biggest mistake is you times the unit x area x girth = total volume and it is not area. This measurement is only measuring area and again my same comments are:

1. Calculation error. Formula error. Are you confuse formula area and volume? It is a small squarish ceiling which should be in area right?
2. Again because of the item 1 I again emphasise you check and double and triple check

Please do always check your work and do not expect your senior/director to be your assistant to check your calculation. See the file tab in red. See how people do this simple work I.e. ceiling foyer.
