I wondering SMRT has cause how many people losing their limbs. Saw the news about the Thai girl and remind me of my dad! On 11th Jan my dad was crossing the road around 11pm and about 10 more min can reach home but he was being hit by a SMRT bus and his leg was severed and the other so badly crushed it had to be amputated. One leg is still manage to save and need time to recover. After staying hospital for 2 month and now he can go home. Normally my family will be working so no people will be looking after him so my mum has send him to Eldercare home from 7am - 6pm. Overthere they can help my father to clean his leg. After the accident I really can see my father look more old. 我伟大的妈妈 over the 2 month always went to hopsital see my father and need to tolerance my father temper!!
He every month still have to go back SGH and KTPH to check out. Hope he can faster recover! So her can manage to look after himself and my mum wouldn't so tired.
