The LTA Summon was revoked "HENG" ah!!!! The summon cost me $130 for using the bus lane during peak hour...

Dear Sir/ Madam;
I would like to appeal against my notice of Driving Offence (30xx5004092). I received the notice that I am charged for riding in a part-day bus lane during prohibited hours along Upper Thomson road between Sin Ming Road and Ang Mo Kio Ave 1.

I understand that the bus lane rule was in effect when I rode into the lane, however it was due to the road circumstances that made me to. As it was during the peak hours, a blue Toyota sedan pushed me out of my lane and into the bus lane. As I was in the bus lane, I immediately signaled right to exit it but no vehicles was willing to allow me space into the lane. It was probably at this moment that the officer caught me in the bus lane. I am a new rider and is still getting used to the peak period road conditions and this is my first traffic offence.

The compound, which offers at $130, will sure bring a long way to me as I was recently retrenched and I would kindly request that you may consider a review of my case. Your understanding would be greatly appreciated. Please feel free to contact me at 8xxxxx8 if you need further clarifications.

Thank to Sanjay as he know my English is SI BEI KNS so he told me Singaporebike.com got the template for writing the Appeal letter. So he went to send me the link and ask me to edit myself and lets him has a peek when i done so he can edit for me.. Anyway my whole 2nd paragraph is being edit by him.. (-_-") when can my English get better!!
